The institution was started in the year 1968 by Shree Shamji Velji Chheda, Shree morarji Hirji Maru,Shree Mulji Vejpar Pethani and Shree Umarshi Khimshi Poladia. Shree Bidada Education Society provided economic help to students who then successfully marched through life, became independent and could earn their live hood. In those times the boy students who had studied S.S.C. were granted loans and girl students were given scholarships. It was a period when Mumbai was considered like foreign and to go beyond the seas (abroad) was as if reaching the sky. Students aspiring to go to abroad were granted a loan of Rs. 5000/-. Many students took this advantage and proceeded to U.S.A. where the achieved academic excellence and developed a successful career and returned the loan to the society.

In 1983 one of the donors gave Rs. 51,000/- and the institute started ‘Dr. Damji Virji Haria Kelavani Fund’ under which started the educational work. In the fond memory of ‘Shreemati Indumati Haria’ the donor’s family donated Rs. 31,111/- which was used to distribute books and gifts among students.

To develop a fully grown healthy student, not in the academics but even in the sports field Shree Bhavanji Nathaben Pasu Donated Rs.75,000 in the memory of Vasantlal Kanji as ‘Shree Vasantlal Kanji Charitable Trust’ The society celebrates the ‘Sports Day’ in Mumbai and at Bidada also.

People got aroused and alarmed regarding education and in 1989 in the memory of ‘late shree kanji javer & shreemati champaben kanji’ their sons decided to distribute books and stationary at concessional rates under which many students reap the fruit. The institute felicitates students from std. 1 upto post graduations in the annual awards functions every year and also distributes scholarships and loans to deserve students. The goal of the society is to see to it that we create an ‘Educational Bidada’ and march towards success beyond the horizon!!
